Product Description
An erect tree, 1.5 – 10 m tall with a width of 4 m.
Separate male and female trees.
Long, slender, grey-green needles (pine like foliage) Coarse, dark brown bark over the entire tree.
Distribution: Found from the Murchison River to east of Albany and inland to the goldfields and near Wiluna.;
Naturally occurs in flood ways of swamps, creeks, rivers, estuaries and other brackish to saline winter wet depressions. Grows on a variety of soil types.
Easily grown tree that is very salt and water logging tolerant.; Min rainfall: 200 mm
Soils: Sand, loam, clay and gravel.
