Easily grown tree from 5 – 25m high with a 4m spread. Creamy white cluster of flowers in spring.; Uses are shade, shelter, waterlogged, saline sites and firewood.; Min rainfall: 350mm; Soils: Sand, loam, clay.; A useful tree on all type of fresh to brackish waterways, especially in areas where there is flooding and occasional flowing water.; Very tolerant of waterlogging, moderately drought and salt tolerant.; Mature plants have some fire resistance.
